Howard T. Dickens Jr. is a dynamic public speaker, facilitator, and training consultant who fully-engages his audience with a motivational appeal. He currently serves as Vice President of P Enterprises, a twenty-first century organization focused on restoring trust in leadership by providing executives and managers the tools and techniques they can use to exemplify the principles of Modeled Leadership, namely, character, commitment, and accountability.
Over the past several years, Mr. Dickens has shared his insights with hundreds of executives and managers at all levels of an organization from the platform, in the classroom, and at the boardroom table. His client leaders become more effective through as they implement these lessons aimed at developing motivational leadership behaviors, cultural competence, and the ability to manage workplace conflict.
Mr. Dickens attended the University of Georgia, earning a bachelor of science degree in instructional psychology, training, and technology. He has received several instructional certifications including: Training Instructor and Facilitator Certification from the National Academy for Nuclear Training, Effective Training Facilitator Certification from the Leadership Strategies Institute, and AchieveGlobal Leadership Skills Training Certification from Learning International. Additionally, Mr. Dickens has received the Solving Performance Problems Certification from The Center for Effective Performance.
Mr. Dickens remains actively involved in several professional organizations including The American Society for Training and Development, The Southeastern Association of Facilitators, and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He has also been recognized as an outstanding speaker at the divisional level by Toastmasters International.
