    I totally agree, Managers always say that employees must be commited but they forget that they are an employee too.

    Bullzeye,

    We couldn’t agree more. I know we often present best practice behaviors and values ‘employees’ should exhibit. In most, if not all, of these instances we use the term ‘employee’ to mean executives, managers, and individual contributors.

    Thank you for bringing out such an important point! And I hope everyone will take the opportunity to reconsider past articles and how they more broadly apply to all employees.
